- Rituparna Sengupta (Ritupôrna Shengupta; born 7 November 1971) is an Indian actress and producer who is known for her work in Bengali cinema, Hindi cinema and Bangla cinema.
- She received a National Award, two Filmfare Awards, four BFJA Awards and four Anandalok Awards.Rituparna Sengupta began her acting career on television.
- Her first acting assignment was Sada Paira (1989), a Bengali TV series.
- She was catapulted to stardom after she made her big screen debut with Prabhat Roy's National Award-winning Bengali film Shwet Patharer Thala (1992).
- She made her Bollywood debut with Partho Ghosh's Teesra Kaun (1994).
- During her hey-day, she was often paired with Prosenjit and Chiranjeet.
