- Burns (born April 14, 1948) is an American folk singer, songwriter and guitarist who recorded several albums in the 1960s and early 1970s, when he performed with the Sky Dog Band.
- He has continued to perform and record occasionally. He is not to be confused with record producer Randy Burns, who has worked with such bands as Megadeth.
