- Alessandro Gamberini (Italian pronunciation: [ales'sandro gambe'ri?ni]; born 27 August 1981) is a former Italian footballer who played as a central defender. He spent most of his professional career with Fiorentina, appearing in 224 official games over the course of seven seasons.
- In Serie A, he also appeared for Bologna, Napoli, Genoa and Chievo. An Italian international in the late 2000s, Gamberini represented the country at Euro 2008 and the 2009 Confederations Cup.
