- Louise Asher (born 26 June 1956) is an Australian politician.
- She was a Liberal Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly from 1999 to 2018, representing the electorate of Brighton; she previously served in the Victorian Legislative Council from 1992 to 1999 as member for Monash Province.
- Asher was Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party from 2006 to 2014, and served as a minister in the Kennett, Baillieu and Napthine governments.
