- Susan Veronica Kramer, Baroness Kramer, PC (née Richards; born 21 July 1950) is a British Liberal Democrat politician who served as the Liberal Democrats' Treasury Spokesman from 2015 to 2017 and 2017 to 2019. She was Member of Parliament (MP) for Richmond Park from 2005 to 2010, prior to that having a career in infrastructure finance and in 2000 having been a candidate in the London mayoral election.
