Branko Elsner (23 November 1929 in Ljubljana – 17 November 2012 in Ljubljana) was a Slovenian football trainer and former Yugoslavian football player, most famous for being manager of the Austrian national football team two times. Branko Elsner enjoyed his first success as a football trainer in his Slovenian homeland with Olimpija Ljubljana whom he trained from 1964 to 1967.
