- Robert "Judy" Gordon MacMillan (3 April 1865 – 3 April 1936) was a Scottish international rugby union forward who played club rugby for Edinburgh University.
- MacMillan played international rugby for Scotland for over 11 seasons, and in 1891 he represented the British Isles team on their South Africa.
