- Raj Kakra is a Punjabi songwriter, singer and actor from the village of Kakra, part of the district of Sangrur, in Punjab, India.
- He is best known for his performances in Punjabi movies such as Babal Da Vehra (2008), Kaum De Heere (2014), Patta Patta Singhan Da Vairi (2015) and Dharam Yudh Morcha (2016).
- He started his recording career with "Giddhe wich Gulabo Nachdi" and came to Chandigarh in 1999.
- He has written many romantic Punjabi songs, such as "Dildaariyan, Dilbar, Tu Juda, Mirza", "Mehboob" and "Punn Khat Lai" He writes and sings about many of the social issues of Punjab.
