Bulend Bišcevic (born 10 March 1975) is a Bosnian retired professional footballer who played as a midfielder.He spent almost his entire career playing for FK Željeznicar Sarajevo.
That is the club where he began playing football as a child, and in 1994 he started playing for the first team.
At first, Bišcevic played as a right-back, but in 2000, Željeznicar's manager Amar Osim moved him to midfield.
That is the position in which he showed his real qualities.
Bišcevic was a hard-working player who ran a lot and was mostly oriented in destruction of opposite teams play.
He had a good technique too, so he could, if needed, play in more offensive roles. In 2004, Bišcevic moved to Cypriot First Division side AEP Paphos FC.
He then moved to HNK Hajduk Split at the beginning of the next year and finally, in the 2006 winter transfer window, came back to Bosnia and Herzegovina and signed with HŠK Zrinjski Mostar.
Before the start of 2006–07 season, he retired from professional football at the age of 31. Bišcevic has also earned 30 caps for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.
