About Veljko Basić
- Veljko Bašic (born (1959-10-03)3 October 1959) is a Bosnian former volleyball player and coach.
- He was the coach of the Turkey men's national volleyball team at the 2011 Men's European Volleyball Championship. In 2015 Technic manager of Fenerbahçe Men's Volleyball team.
- Bašic began his coaching career in Rennes, and also led Paris Volley and Tours, before he took over the men's national teams of Tunisia and Turkey.
- He was also coach of Tunisia champions Esperance of Tunis.
- He replaces Slobodan Boskan this year for his first season at the helm of Montenegro.
