- Américo de Deus Rodrigues Tomás (or Thomaz), GCC, GOA, GOSE (Portuguese pronunciation: [?'m??iku d? 'dew? ?u'd?ig?? tu'ma?]), (19 November 1894 – 18 September 1987) was a Portuguese Navy officer and politician.
- He was the 13th President of Portugal, and the third and last president of the Estado Novo.
