- He was the offensive line coach for the Dallas Cowboys from 2015-2017 and assistant offensive line coach for the Cowboys from 2013-2014.
- He was the former offensive line coach for the Oakland Raiders.
- A former San Francisco 49ers offensive tackle and guard for seven seasons, he later served as the assistant offensive line coach for the Houston Texans.
