- Piyavi Wijewardene (Upul Piyavi Wijewardene) (born November 7, 1982) is a Sri Lankan researcher, lecturer, author and the Director of Institute of Human Capital Development and one of the Examiners at Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration.
