- Sarat Chandra Singha (1 January 1914 – 25 December 2005) was an Indian politician and Chief Minister of Assam.
- He was a leader of Indian National Congress, Indian National Congress (Socialist) and Nationalist Congress Party. He was known for his value-based politics, Singha belonged to a rare breed of politicians who sacrificed his life for the welfare of the downtrodden people of Indian society.
