- Kadyrbek Telmanovich Sarbayev (Kyrgyz:???????? ??????????? ???????; born 9 December 1966 in Frunze) was the foreign minister of Kyrgyzstan from 2009 to 2010.
- He was appointed by President Kirmanbek Bakiyev and took office on 26 January 2009 after Medet Sadyrkulov had refused the position.
- Sarbayev was previously Kyrgyzstan's envoy to China.He left the position in April 2010 when Bakiyev was forced to resign.
