Julie Anne Merkell (nee Harris) (born 26 May 1972), known professionally as Patsy Palmer, is an English actress and DJ, who is known for her roles as Natasha in the children's drama series Grange Hill, and Bianca Jackson in the BBC soap opera EastEnders.
Originally in the series from 1993 to 1999, she returned to EastEnders in 2008, before leaving again in 2014.
In 2019, she reprised her role as Bianca Jackson in the autumn for a short stint.
