- Vitaliy Popovych (born 22 October 1962) is a Ukrainian racewalker.
- He competed in the men's 50 kilometres walk at the 1988 Summer Olympics, representing the Soviet Union, and in the same event at the 1996 Summer Olympics, representing Ukraine.
