Ivan Mikhailovich Chistyakov (27 September 1900 – 7 March 1979) was a Soviet Army colonel general and a Hero of the Soviet Union. He served as a division and army commander during World War II.
He began his military career fighting for the Bolsheviks against the White Movement.
He became a major general in January 1942 and a lieutenant general in January 1943.
As part of the 1st Baltic Front, he participated in the campaign to free Lithuania from Nazi occupation.
