About William Doe
- Professor William Fairbank Doe (born 6 May 1941) is the Australian-born Provost of the Aga Khan University and former professor of medicine and Dean of the University of Birmingham Medical School.
- From 1993 until 2001 he was the senior editor of the Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
- His scientific output includes over 150 scientific research publications in international scientific journals.
- Since 1999 Doe has been a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Sciences, United Kingdom.
