- Abbas Alasgarov Abbas oglu (Azerbaijani: Abbas ?l?sg?rov Abbas oglu; 13 December 1937 – 18 February 2018) was an Azerbaijani engineer and politician who served as the Chairman of the State Committee for City Building and Architecture of Azerbaijan from 2007.
