- Adam Treloar (born 9 March 1993) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Collingwood Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).
- He previously played for the Greater Western Sydney Giants between 2012 and 2015.
- Treloar won the Anzac Medal in 2018 and the Neale Daniher Trophy in 2019.
- He received a nomination for the 2012 AFL Rising Star award in round 18 of the 2012 season.
