- She founded and is the CEO of RockCreek, a leading global investment firm that applies technology and innovation to investments, which she founded in 2003.
- She is a member of the board of trustees of the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton, broadcaster PBS, the American Red Cross, the World Resources Institute and former Board Chair of the World Wide Web Foundation.
