- Alonzo Patrick Fox (November 11, 1895 – December 19, 1984) was a lieutenant general in the United States Army.
- He was prominent in the 1950s as a military advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs and as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for National Security Council Affairs following his retirement from the Army.
