- Frost (born April 15, 1956 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a former Toronto radio personality with Q-107 and AM 640, and the former public address announcer at the Air Canada Centre for the Toronto Maple Leafs, having served in the role from 1999-2016.
- He replaced long-time PA announcer, Paul Morris who retired at the end of the 1998/99 hockey season.
