- 2, he also served as Minister Of Industry Under Bhattrai Cabinet. Born in Matsari (now Durga Bhagwati Gau Palika), He also is member of the Presidium of Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN).
- RJPN is fourth National Political party out of Five in the Federal Parliament and a Partner Party out of two Parties have Coalition Government in Province No-2 of Nepal. Anil Kumar Jha and his party have demanded autonomy for the Terai Region of Nepal, in addition to a proportional electoral system and an end to discrimination.
- RJPN Party formed by the unification of six political party previously worked for the cause of Madheshi and other underprivileged communities of Nepal lead by Mahanth Thakur, Anil Kumar Jha, Rajendra Mahto, Mahendra Yadav, Sharat Singh Bhandari and Rajkishor Yadav.
