  • Grant Shapps (born 14 September 1968) is a British politician who has served as Secretary of State for Transport since 2019.
  • A member of the Conservative Party, he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Welwyn Hatfield since the 2005 general election.
  • He served as Chairman of the Conservative Party from 2012 to 2015, also holding the title of Minister without Portfolio in the Cabinet Office.
