About Mehmed Handžić
- Mehmed Handžic (16 December 1906 – 26 July 1944) was one of the authors of Resolution of Sarajevo Muslims' and chairman of the Committee of National Salvation.
- He was a leader of Bosnian revivalists who graduated at Al-Azhar University in 1931 and became professor at Gazi Husrev-beg madrasa in Sarajevo and from 1939 professor of Higher Islamic Shari'a — Theological School.
