- Bharat Bhushan (born 30 April 1952) is an Indian yoga guru and honoured by Padma Shri for yoga in 1991.Born at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh (U.P.), Bharat Bhushan is the first recipient of the coveted "Padmashri Award" given by the President of India for his contribution to yoga. He believes that yoga is the best solution to individual, social and international problems as it deals with the mind.
