- William Alex Hudson (July 9, 1935 – December 13, 2017) was an American football defensive tackle.
- He attended Clemson University, where he was a member of the track and football teams.
- He played professionally in the Canadian Football League for the Montreal Alouettes and in the American Football League for the San Diego Chargers and the Boston Patriots.
- He was a member of the South Carolina Sports Hall of Fame. Hudson died on December 13, 2017 at a medical center in Spartanburg, South Carolina at the age of 82.
