- Captain Ibrahim Adeboyega Olugbade (born 2 June 1962) is a Master Mariner who currently occupies the position of the Alternate Permanent Representative to the ""International Maritime Organization"" (IMO).

- (NPA) in his Early life before he was transferred to the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), where he worked for several years.
- Until his employment at Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Ibrahim was an Assistant General Manager, Marine, Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), a position in which he was in charge of all marine-related issues in the PA Eastern Pilotage District.
