- Carl Summers (born November 22, 1943), known by his stage name Carl Rogel, is an American singer, songwriter, and producer.
- He was with a band known as The Continentals and trained under Barry White in 1969. He was known as Carl Rogel, signed to Stax Records' Enterprise label in 1974.
- He also performed as an alternate lead singer and harmony singer with original The Coasters - Will "Dub" Jones, Billy Guy, Cornell Gunter, Young Jessie, Adolph Jacobs for thirty four years. As a producer, he produced Joe Tex, Edwin Starr and Band of Gypsys for Haze Records.
