- Charles Evans Kilbourne Jr.
- (December 23, 1872 – November 12, 1963) was the first American to earn the United States' three highest military decorations.
- As an officer in the United States Army he received the Medal of Honor for his actions during the Philippine–American War and he served as a general officer during World War I.
