- Charles John Tottenham, 9th Marquess of Ely (born 2 February 1943), styled Viscount Loftus from 1969 to 2006, is a Canadian-British peer and member of the aristocracy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of Irish descent.
- He succeeded to the title in 2006. The eldest son of Charles Tottenham, 8th Marquess of Ely, Tottenham received a Master of Arts from Trinity College, Toronto.
