- Charles Leroy Broyles (born February 5, 1947) is a former American football player and coach in the United States.
- He served as the head football coach at Pittsburg State University from 1990 to 2009, compiling a record of 198–47–2 in 20 seasons.
- His Pittsburg State Gorillas football teams won the NCAA Division II Football Championship in 1991, appeared three other championship games (1992, 1995 and 2004), and captured nine Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association titles.
- Broyles retired from coaching at Pittsburg State effective December 2, 2009.
