David Phelps (born 10 April 1977) is a Welsh sport shooter, who won Gold in the 50 meter rifle prone individual competition and Bronze in the corresponding pairs event for Wales at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
He went on to win individual Gold in the event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
