Woodruff (born February 18, 1957) is a judge and former professional American football player who played twelve seasons as a cornerback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he accumulated 37 interceptions after being drafted in the sixth round in 1979.
As a rookie, he won a Super Bowl ring with the Steelers in Super Bowl XIV over the Los Angeles Rams.
Outside of football, Woodruff has a law degree and is a common pleas judge in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh), Pennsylvania.
