About Emma-Kate Dewhurst
- Emma-Kate Dewhurst (born 10 October 1981) is an Australian football (soccer) player who plays for the Newcastle Jets in the Australian W-League. Dewhurst made her debut against Canberra United on 9 November 2008 after being substituted on after team-mate and fellow goalkeeper Lisa Hartley was sent off.
- Dewhurst has since made five starts for the Mariners with two clean sheets. Dewhurst has not had her contract extended by the Mariners for the 2009 season.
- However, she did sign with Newcastle for the new season.
