- Frank Kagyigyi Tumwebaze is a Ugandan educator and politician.
- He is the current Minister of Gender, Labour and Social Development in the Ugandan Cabinet.
- He was appointed to that position on 14 December 2019. He previously served as Minister of Information Technology and Communications, from 6 June 2016 until 13 December 2019.
