- Frederick Arthur William Ponsonby, Viscount Duncannon (born on 9 August 1974), is a British courtesy viscount.
- He is the son of Myles Ponsonby, 12th Earl of Bessborough, and his wife Alison née Storey.
- He is the heir apparent to the Earldom of Bessborough. He was educated at Harrow School and at the University of East Anglia where he graduated with a degree in American and English History in 1997.
