- Philip Michael Epstein Q.C.
- (born August 30, 1942) is a Canadian family law lawyer. Epstein is the co-founder and senior partner of Epstein Cole LLP, in Toronto, Ontario.
- He has authored numerous publications, has acted as a policy advisor to the Canadian government on family law issues, is a regular lecturer at law schools in Toronto, and practices in mediation, arbitration, and appellate advocacy.
