About Geoffrey Chance
- Geoffrey Henry Barrington Chance (16 December 1893 – 11 July 1987) was an English cricketer.
- Chance was a right-handed batsman who was a right-arm medium pace bowler. Chance made his county debut for Berkshire in the Minor Counties Championship, making his debut in 1912 against Devon.
- In 1913 Chance made two further appearances for the county against Devon and Cornwall. Chance made his first-class appearance for Hampshire against the Marylebone Cricket Club in 1913, during which Chance made a duck and bowled nine wicketless overs. In 1923 Chance represented the Marylebone Cricket Club in a single first-class match against Scotland.
- Chance did not bat in the match and bowled three wicketless overs. Chance died in Minety, Wiltshire on 11 July 1987.
