Pearson (born April 18, 1946) is an American politician who served as the Attorney General of Indiana from 1981 to 1993.
He previously served as Clinton County Prosecutor from 1971 to 1981.
He was the Republican nominee for Governor in 1992.
Pearson became Judge for the Clinton County Circuit Court in 1994, after he defeated the incumbent, Jack O'Neill, in the Republican primary.
He left in December 2012.
