- George Allen Hinkle, Jr.
- (born March 17, 1965) is a former professional American football player who played defensive end for six seasons for the San Diego Chargers, the Minnesota Vikings, and the Cincinnati Bengals.
- Hinkle is now the head coach of his alma mater, Pacific High School.
- Hinkle took over the program on a 49-game losing streak before leading them to a 2–8 record in his first year, and a 3–7 record in his second year.
