Moses Ndiema Kipsiro (born 2 September 1986 in Singare) is a Ugandan long-distance runner who specialises in the 5000 metres.
He was the bronze medallist in the event at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics.
He represented Uganda at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, coming fourth over 5000 m. Kipsiro has won medals in the 5000 m at the African Championships in Athletics and the All-Africa Games.
He completed a 5000/10,000 metres double at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
He is a four-time Ugandan cross country champion having won every race from 2008 to 2011.
He is the Ugandan record holder for the 3000 metres and 5000 metres on the track, as well as for the 10K road distance.
