Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz (Polish pronunciation: [vw?'d??imj?? t??im?'??vit??] (listen), born 13 September 1950) is a is a Polish left-wing politician who served as Prime Minister of Poland for a year from 7 February 1996 to 31 October 1997, after being defeated in the Parliamentary elections by the Solidarity Electoral Action (AWS).
