- He was former Member of Haryana Legislative Assembly from Indian National Lok Dal Party.In Jan 2019 Padam Singh left INLD and joined Jannayak Janata Party in the presence of Dushyant Chautala.
- He is the Sonipat District President of Jannayak Janta Party.
