- Harold Raymond Ballard (born February 5, 1918, Provost, Alberta, Canada – died: January 31, 1997) was a business executive as well as a chartered accountant.
- He served as a Canadian federal politician from 1965 to 1968. Ballard first ran for a seat in the House of Commons of Canada in the 1965 federal election.
- He defeated incumbent Member of Parliament Harry Hays to win the Calgary South electoral district.
- Ballard ran for re-election in the 1968 federal election but was defeated by Liberal candidate Patrick Mahoney.
