Herman Kroeger (December 16, 1831 – June 20, 1916) was a German-born American dry goods merchant who was elected to the Wisconsin State Senate's Sixth District (8th, 11th, 12 & 14th wards of the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin) in 1888 as a Democrat.
He later declared his affiliation with Wisconsin's Union Labor Party; and after the weakening of that movement, returned to the Democratic Party.
