About Gustaf Hellstrom
- Gustaf Hellström (28 August 1882, Kristianstad – 27 February 1953, Stockholm) was a Swedish realist novelist, journalist, and literary critic.
- Beginning his career as a foreign correspondent for several Scandinavian newspapers, he lived in Paris, London, and New York City, places that are the setting of many of his works.
- His piece de resistance is considered to be Lacemaker Lekholm Has an Idea, a record of three generations of a Swedish military family.
- Another notable work of his is Stellan Petreus: A Man Without Humour, his autobiography.
