- William Gould Vinal (November 29, 1881 – July 9, 1976) was an American football coach and conservationist.
- He served as the head football coach at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia for one season, in 1908, compiling a record of 0–6.
- After his time at Marshall, he became a noted conservationist.
- Gould was a conservation professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1937 to 1951.
